I'm a Senior Project Manager with 15 years of experience coordinating and delivering web and software applications, most of that time focused on the travel and hospitality industry. My career has been built around multi-tenant SaaS platforms, where managing shared infrastructure across multiple clients demands careful planning, clear stakeholder communication, and disciplined execution. I've spent that time working inside mid-size outsourcing companies serving international clients, building a track record of keeping complex projects on time, within scope, and aligned with what stakeholders actually need.
What keeps me effective in this work is a genuine interest in how delivery processes affect team output and client outcomes. I find that most project problems, whether a slipping timeline or a scope disagreement, trace back to gaps in visibility or communication, and I've spent years building processes that close those gaps. From introducing standardized reporting frameworks at Luminary Digital to managing escalations and risk registers across large hospitality SaaS engagements, my focus has always been on structured execution that gives both clients and delivery teams a clear picture of where things stand.
