I'm a Senior Project Manager with 15 years of experience coordinating and delivering web and software applications, with most of that time spent in the travel and hospitality industry. I've built my career around multi-tenant SaaS platforms, where keeping multiple clients running smoothly on shared infrastructure requires a level of planning and communication discipline that I genuinely enjoy. Right now I manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS products at Luminary Digital Inc., working with delivery teams across North America and Europe to keep complex roadmaps moving.
What I find most interesting about this work is the intersection of structure and people - getting the processes tight enough that teams can move fast, while staying close enough to stakeholders that problems surface before they become incidents. I introduced standardized reporting processes at Luminary that gave both internal teams and clients much clearer visibility into delivery status, and that kind of systemic improvement is what I tend to focus on. I also mentor junior coordinators and help shape how the wider delivery function plans capacity, which keeps me thinking about how we build teams, not just how we ship products.
